Choose an AI workflow worth building.

A fixed-price, one-to-two-week assessment helps your team choose a back-office workflow, understand the implementation gaps and define a measurable target before committing to a build.

What the assessment covers

Start with a process your team already runs: document review, invoice handling, contract review or an operational queue. Map where work arrives, which decisions people make, where exceptions appear and what a successful outcome would look like. The aim is a specific implementation decision, not a broad list of AI ideas.

What to bring

Bring the process owner, a walkthrough of the current workflow and representative examples that you are permitted to share. Identify the systems involved, who can approve access and which decisions must remain with a person. If reliable baseline data does not exist, establishing it becomes part of the plan.

What you receive

The assessment produces a Gap Report, a Target Recommendation and an Executive Brief. Together these identify the process to prioritize, the data and integration gaps to close, and the business outcome a build should be measured against.

How to judge whether the workflow is ready

Look for repeatable work, accessible inputs, a named owner and a measurable baseline. Compare cycle time, queue age, error rate or cost per completed task before choosing an automation target. A workflow with unclear rules or unavailable data may need operational preparation first.

Does an assessment commit us to a build?

The assessment is a separate first stage. Use its findings to decide whether a roughly 90-day build sprint is justified. Scope and price depend on the workflow; the discovery call is free.

Who is this for?

Mid-market teams with a concrete AI mandate and a back-office process to improve, including teams starting their first implementation or trying to move a stalled pilot into production.
