How it works.
We do one thing: we pick the AI worth building for your business, build it with your team, and ship it in about 90 days. Here’s exactly what that looks like, step by step.
01The engagement
Three steps.
-
Step 1 · Readiness Assessment · 1 to 2 weeks, fixed price
We pick the right place to start.
We look at your business and pick the back-office process with the highest payoff. You leave with:
- Gap Report: where you stand today.
- Target Recommendation: the process to build first.
- Executive Brief: a one-page summary for whoever’s asking.
-
Step 2 · Build Sprint · about 90 days, hands-on
We build it with your team.
The actual build, no pilot stage. We pick the right tool, wire it into how your team works, and train them on it. You leave with the working process live in production and a Proof Report: the throughput number, before and after.
-
Step 3 · Playbook · monthly retainer
We port the playbook to the next process.
Once the first process is working, we port the same approach to the next ones and keep measurement live.
02The method
How we work, in three lines.
We don’t invent a new method. We do MIT 5% playbook implementation: the same three principles the small number of companies that actually got AI working used. Every engagement.
-
01
Build something custom Buy what already works
If a good tool exists, we use it. If a language model fits, we use Claude. If the data lives in Snowflake, we work there. Building from scratch is slower and fails more often.
-
02
Treat it as a software project Treat it as a people project
The hard part is your team actually using it, not the technology. We work on both, with the people who run the process.
-
03
Try a little of everything Go deep on one thing
One process, taken to production, in 90 days. Then the next. Narrow and finished beats broad and stuck, every time.
of companies that partner externally reach a working result, against about a third for those who try to build it themselves. MIT NANDA, 2025.
03The standard
The opposite of the hype consultant.
AI consulting earned its bad reputation. Big decks, big invoices, nothing real at the end. Here’s what we do instead.
-
A $200k strategy deckOne back-office process running on AI, with the before-and-after numbers to show it. -
A team that vanishes after kickoffThe same people you meet on day one, with you on day ninety. -
Jargon a board can’t followPlain language the team and the board share.
One process. Picked, built, in production. In 90 days. The whole engagement in one line
Worth a 30-minute call?
Tell us what’s driving the AI ask. We’ll tell you, honestly, whether there’s a real opportunity to work together. No deck. No pressure.
